Q: How do I order a set of magnets? 

A: Simply upload your photos, enter shipping information, and complete your order. It's fast & easy!

Q: Can I return or exchange my magnets?

A: Because each magnet is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo & we'll make it right. 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. 

Q: What if my photo is blurry or low-quality?

A: We do our best to make your photo look great! However, we cannot offer refunds for photos that are blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution. High-quality images give the best results!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

A: Orders can only be changed within 24 hours of purchase because production starts quickly. Orders may be cancelled at anytime before shipment for full refund.
